The Birthday Journal is a unique and innovative magazine company dedicated helping individuals celebrate their milestone birthdays and anniversaries in a truly special way. A splendid launch event was held on 18th February 2023 at the e-Ananse Library in East Legon.
SCOPE OF WORK
Event coordination and management:
- Vendor management, setup, venue branding, logistics procurement, 3D mockups
- Sponsors management: scout and manage the sponsors
- PR: Media relations (radio, & online) list, and media coverage.
- Blogpost development and syndication
Guest management:
- Producing and delivering
- Invitation boxes, RSVP management
- Conceptualization of Unveil mechanism
SUCCESS
- •All the invited guests attended and venue was full to capacity
- Total media reach: 8,965,098
- Sales of 50 Journals worth USD 4,200
- 5 sign ups for the Journal during their birthdays later in the year.
